Spring Break ...continued
Was it a rewarding experience? Absolutely. It was definitely a different experience given where we were staying, and I've never seen oil refineries that look like cities within themselves, but it was something I've never seen before. I may not go back anytime soon, but it was some place I had never been before. When I saw the oil pumps in the open fields everywhere like the typical horror film, my first reaction was VQUZESHUF! I couldn't believe it. I had never seen them in real life and I have to say, they looked just as creepy. Everything turned out pretty well, aside from a few people getting really sick, which is always expected. We all know the dorms are a breading ground for sickness and taking that on a trip of twenty kids never turns out well. After being medicated heavily, it all turned out fine. We ate well, although everywhere we ate was a chain restaurant, and we got to experience the local life. It was definitely an experience!

Have you guys ever built a VQUZESHUF? I heard they are great to keep in warmth during the winter.
